Tenex Greenhouse
Ventures was founded in June 2001 by experienced entrepreneurs to fill the
widening gap in the availability of financing and technical and managerial
support for life science companies. The Greenhouse evolved from Tenex Medical
Investors, the largest and most active life science angel investor network
in the US, a group of 170 scientists, executives, venture capitalists and
senior professional support personnel specializing in medical technology
and healthcare service companies. Founding partners in the Greenhouse include
Sanderling Ventures, one of the most recognized and respected venture capital
firms dedicated to building new biomedical companies, and the Diaz &
Altschul Group, a late stage healthcare investment firm.
